1. 2 hundred pound rock avalanches during Timp base climb heading towards me and my
brother
Bridger. Age 14 and 12.
2. Flying alone to China and through the airports alone.
3. First night at Chinese orphanages.
4. Realizing I lost all my money after losing my international bank card in China. Ate only apples
and porridge for two weeks.
5. Getting lost at the zoo at age 6.
6. Dreaming my brother as a stabbed victim.
7. Watching my dad fall down Timp mountain not knowing if me and Bridger would be able to hold onto the side of the mountain before he takes us down with him while being tied to each other.
8. Catching scorpions in the Dessert with my aunt Bri.
9. Riding a camel at the Jinan Chinese zoo.
10. Ducking for life as a herd of deer stampedes over me in my backyard.
What incredible experiences!!! I can not imagine how scary and dangerous it was as two hundred pound rock avalanches heading towards you! Did you run or just stay there? For me, I think I MUST be so horrified that I would just be still there.
ReplyDeleteAnd so unlucky you were! Losing all of your money in China and just eating apples and porridge?!?! It was a terrible memory and experience. I think you do not want to go to China any more with this scary memory.
By the way, why and when did you come to China? For a trip? Where did you go?
Well, if you can overcome the terrible memories in China, and want to go to China for a trip or whatever, esp. to Beijing, welcome to my home and I will be a guide for you!! ^_^
